At Sunset A/C Services Inc., we honor your time and ours—guided by faith and family values, we treat every appointment as neighbor helping neighbor. • Booking: Confirmed via call/text with flat-rate quote. Adult presence (or access) required. • Cancellation/Rescheduling: 24+ hours’ notice by call/text to Nicholas—no fee. • Late Changes/No-Shows: Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show incurs a tiered fee: $50 for reschedules, $75 for pure no-shows (covers travel/prep). Emergencies? Contact us—we’ll work with you compassionately. • Installs/Contracts: Florida’s 3-day cooling-off period applies where required.
